40 touches a day. DMs, cold email, LinkedIn, X. Find the brands, agencies, and creators with budget that haven't found us yet.

Manage agency partners
Run the existing partner network — friends who already refer us deals. Recruit new ones. Track every referred deal end to end.

Keep Pipedrive clean
Stage, value, next-step, source. Every deal updated by end of day or it didn't happen. Pipedrive hygiene is non-negotiable here.

$2,500 base. 10% on every campaign you close. 15% if you sourced it yourself. The harder you push, the more you keep — no ceiling.
